Hibernation

| We started our week about Hibernation and Migration reading a book about a Bear who tries to stay awake through the Winter. His animal friends help to keep him awake but he eventually falls asleep. When we finished, we created our own hibernating bears. |
Our PreK friends were "caught" singing a song they learned with Mrs. Clay. It has nothing to do with hibernation but they sure are cute :-)

Arctic Living
Yesterday the children read the book The Three Snow Bears. In the story, the bears lived in an igloo on a frozen lake. The children were able to design their own igloo house and the conclusion of the story.
